Communication Goal: Why Farm, Harvist is the answer.
To grow the business, we must unpack for agents what proper farming is and why it’s so valuabe. Then, clearly and simply define how Harvist is a unique solution in the space
…without using soundalike language.

Process
STEP 1: Competitor Analysis & Pricing Structure
Impact: Identified key pricing comparisons for the company to determine a competitive yet profitable price point; Identified pain points, pros, cons, and other key metrics in comparison to the company; Identified company’s weakness in digital advertisement services.

STEP 2: UI & UX Audit
Impact: Created a presentation with SOT analysis to identify strengths, opportunities, and threats to avoid, defined the approach of the redesign, clairfied the target audience, and the foundation. This ultimately helped the team to focus as a whole with a clear foundation in mind of what Harvist is and should be.

STEP 3: Positioning & Moodboards
Impact: Created the brand pillars to help position, promote, prospect, and provide purpose to the whys and whats of the company.


STEP 4: Website Copy Organization
Impact: Curated detailed website copy and flow suggestions on Figma for developer to implement.

STEP 5: Logo & Tagline
Impact: Created variations for the team to select and choose the tagline that best suits the team, finalizing with “our seeds, our success.”

STEP 6: Implementation
Impact: Communicated actively between developer, project manager, manager, and UI/UX designers to ensure the implementation is accurately completed by the deadline.
